VFW - MOOSE - LIONS FISHING CLUB PAGE

We are located in the Mint Canyon area of Canyon Country, CA 35 miles northwest of Los Angeles.

Our fishing club is jointly sponsored by the VFW, Moose and Lions Fraternal Organizations of The Santa Clarita Valley.

Our sponsors help us bring the joy of fishing to the underprivileged kids of our community. We use fishing tournaments, fish fries, auctions and donations to sponsor our yearly kids fishing derby and picnic.

February 23,24 Fishing Tournament: Little Rock Dam Sign in by 7 AM either day.
March 3rd. Sunday:General Meeting at VFW Post 6110 at 12 noon.
March 16,17 Fishing Tournament: Lake Elizabeth. Sign in by 7 AM either day.
March 24th. Sunday:General Meeting at VFW Post 6110 at 12 noon.
April 20,21 Fishing Tournament: Apollo Park. Sign in by 7 AM either day.
April 28th. Sunday:General Meeting at VFW Post 6110 at 12 noon.
May 11,12 Fishing Tournament: Castaic Lake. Sign in by 7 AM either day.
June 22th. Saturday: Kids Picnic at VFW Post 6885. 16208 Sierra Highway, Saugus, Ca. 91350
June 29 Fishing Tournament: Lake Piru (Houseboats: Sign up in advance to assure a spot. Seating is limited. Sign in by 7 AM either day.
July 7th. Sunday:General Meeting at VFW Post 6110 at 12 noon.

July 13th. Sunday: Annual Fish Fry at VFW Post 6110. Live music, etc.
